All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for vape products, oils, or accessories unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or not working upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Contact us at support@globalcanabisvapes.com

  • Include your Order Number

  • Provide photos or video of the damaged item

  • Ensure the product is unused, unmodified, and in original packaging

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Used/opened vape cartridges or devices

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Products damaged due to user error

  • Items shipped to prohibited states or addresses

🚚 Shipping Errors or Address Issues

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or refusal of delivery, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. You may be responsible for reshipment charges.

🔁 Replacement Processing

Replacements are typically processed within 5 business days once your claim is approved.
Return shipping for approved claims is covered by us.
