1. Shipping Eligibility

We currently ship within U.S. states and international nations where hemp-derived and cannabis-related products are or maybe legally permitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchasing and possessing our products is legal in their location.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days .

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details, followed by a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM (local time) or weekends or holidays will be processed and ship the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days)

Domestic Shipping: USPS, UPS, FedEx

International: DHL, UPS International, o r national carriers

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and product availability. We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, and shipping method selected. Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (as advertised on our website).


5. Age Verification

Due to the nature of our products, adult signature (21+) with valid ID may be required upon delivery. We strictly comply with age verification laws and reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package leaves our facility, GlobalCannabisVapes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

  • If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please first contact the carrier directly.

  • We’re happy to help file claims with the shipping carrier, but we are not responsible for reimbursement unless there is a clear error on our part.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to varying regulations around cannabis and hemp-derived products. We hope to expand our reach in the future as laws evolve.
